Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and provide solutions on JavaScript frameworks
- Participate in code and design reviews to ensure consistency in architecture and design/code practice
- Lateral thinker, good problem-solving skills
- Code with performance, scalability, and usability in mind
- Provide constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations
- Organised with compulsive attention to detail
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of work experience with Node JS
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, Typescript, ES6/ES2015 and beyond
- Knowledge of NPM and the most frequently used libraries
- Solid experience working with Node JS frameworks like Express or NestJs
- Knowledge of systems integration via API, JSON
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience with Serverless and cloud functions is a plus
- Good understanding of OOP and data structures
- Experience with unit test frameworks like Jest and Mocha
- Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Experience with CI/CD (automated build, tests) is a plus
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
