Our client — a leading manufacturer of cardboard displays and packaging — is expanding their modern production facility inPoland and currently seeking multiple experienced machine operators to join the team.

We are hiring for the following positions:

🔹 Folding & Gluing Machine Operators

Machines: DGM 1850, Eterna 2100, Bobst Expertfold 165 Responsibilities:

• Operate folding-gluing lines for 1- to 6-point gluing
• Work with laminated, printed, and plain corrugated packaging
• Handle various board types (E, B, C, EB, EE, GC)

🔹 Die Cutting Machine Operators

Machines: Bobst Mastercut, Brausse, Eterna, MWZ Responsibilities:

• Operate flatbed die-cutting machines
• Work with laminated and non-laminated corrugated sheets
• Process enhanced packaging (matte/gloss foil, dispersion varnish)

🔹 Laminating Machine Operators

Machine: Oppliger Responsibilities:

• Operate laminators for corrugated and solid board
• Handle formats from B2 to XL (up to 1620×1210 mm)
• Work with materials ranging from 130 to 550 g/m²

🔧 What We Expect

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a machine operator (in one of the above roles)
• Ability to follow detailed technical instructions and internal SOPs
• Attention to quality, safety, and cooperation with internal/external auditors
• Openness to learning and operating modern production equipment
• Experience with packaging materials and enhancements is a strong plus
