The Business Development Manager will drive the growth of beauty market sales across South Romania , leveraging experience in active sales knowledge. The ideal candidate is fluent in Romanian and Ukrainian (or Russian), possesses strong negotiation skills, and is highly self-organized and results-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the beauty market within Romania.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for the region.
- Search for and onboard new clients, expanding the customer base in the assigned territory.
- Ensure timely payment for products and that clients fulfill all contractual obligations.
- Conduct meetings and negotiations with clients during business trips and participate in relevant exhibition events.
- Monitor the beauty market and competitors to continuously improve the regional sales strategy.
- Visit points of sale throughout Romania to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for the beauty sector, aligning water treatment technologies with market needs.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in the beauty industry, or a minimum 3 years’ experience in active sales
- Fluent in Romanian and Ukrainian (or Russian);
- Knowledge of English will be an advantage;
- Possession of a car and a driver's license;
- Willingness to travel — at least 5 working days per month;
- Skills in MS Office and CRM systems;
- Negotiation skills;
- Result-oriented, self-organized, communicative
