Our client seeks a talented, experienced cook to join their seaside snack bar team. As a cook in our beachfront bar and lounge, you will prepare and cook various delicious and high-quality food items, including sandwiches, burgers, fries, salads, and other snacks.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of food items, including sandwiches, burgers, fries, salads, and other snacks, in a beautiful seaside location
- Ensuring that all food items are prepared and cooked to the highest standards of quality and freshness
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area at all times
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ordering and managing inventory of food and supplies for the beachfront bar and lounge
- Collaborating with other snack bar team members to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing excellent customer service to all beachfront bar and lounge customers
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience as a cook in a fast-paced restaurant or snack bar environment
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
