Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Will work closely with the Incident, Change and Knowledge teams
- Will need to prepare and present RCA to customer along with proper resolution
- Will work with Infrastructure and Network support teams as required for any ticket related work
- Will need to write or update simple or complex SQL queries
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelors degree, preferably in technical field
- Experience in Support activities
- ITIL knowledge
- Should be able to visualize the whole application as a system, understand all interactions between the system components on a given level of abstraction
- Should have experience in managing Java based omni-channel systems
- Should be able to prepare and present RCA to customer along with proper resolution
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Service Now Tool experience
- Jira Tool knowledge and experience
