Position Overview: Junior Associate Counsel

As a Junior Associate Counsel, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team by performing detailed legal research, drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong interest in international law, geopolitics, and the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents, including applications and licenses.
• Conduct thorough legal and factual research to support client matters.
• Monitor and report on telecommunications issues affecting our clients worldwide.
• Analyze and advise on laws and regulations.
• Update and maintain internal systems and client reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

Profile:

• Passionate about international law, geopolitics, and telecommunications.
• A keen follower of global news and developments.
• Possesses a problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn quickly.
• Strong business acumen and client-focused approach.

Qualifications:

• University Law Degree (required).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language, particularly Ukrainian and Russian, is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and process complex legal documents.
• Sound understanding of legal principles and the ability to conduct and present thorough research.
