Responsibilities include, among others:
· Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies for various roles in the European market, ensuring a constant flow of qualified candidates.
· Leverage your wide network and market knowledge to actively identify passive candidates, both locally and internationally, and conduct meaningful conversations with them about potential career opportunities.
Conducting thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone calls and in-depth interviews, to assess candidates' skills, experience and cultural fit.
· Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice on market trends, pay spreads and candidate availability.
· Managing the entire recruitment process, from the coordination of interviews to the negotiation of offers and the introduction of candidates.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques, including job portals, social media, networking events and referrals, to identify top talent.
Ongoing tracking of industry trends, competitive market situation and recruitment best practices in order to continuously improve sourcing and selection strategies.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with particular emphasis on the labor market in Europe.
· Proven expertise in sourcing, screening and attracting talent for a variety of roles.
· Strong understanding of European industries, labor markets and cultural subtleties.
· Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
· Strong negotiation and influence skills to facilitate successful bid talks.
· Proactive and innovative approach, always looking for opportunities to improve and optimize recruitment processes.
