We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking IT Recruiter to join our team in Timisoara, Romania. 

You will work under the guidance of our senior colleagues, but will be given a high degree of responsibility and autonomy in your tasks. To ensure success in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and a high degree of resilience. Your target is to achieve an excellent understanding of the company needs and make sure you select only the best candidates available in the market for each client.

Some of your tasks:

• Draft attractive job announcements and constantly promoting active searches on social media platforms
• Sourcing new candidates from a variety of sources - existing database, social media, groups, networking, events, referrals etc.
• Conducting initial phone screenings
• Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews.
• Assisting senior colleagues with interviews 
• Creating a detailed candidate profile to be sent to our clients 
• Keeping close contact with all active candidates throughout the recruitment process 
• Counselling candidates on how to improve their CVs, how to handle interviews, negotiate an offer, handle resignation etc.
• Building a strong network of professionals for any future searches and referrals
• Active involvement in local and national business and HR events
• Keep up to date with market trends in terms of recruitment strategies, employer branding strategies, salary ranges, benefits, existing and new coming companies etc.

• Any internship, previous experience or studies related to HR and recruitment can be a plus, but not mandatory
