What we're looking for:

How&How are seeking a full-time Assistant Producer to join our growing global family. You will be an innate organisational force, have acute attention to detail and impeccable communication skills. The role is the entry into the production team, where you will learn from our producers how to run the internal operations of the studio, manage our creative projects and interface between the agency and our clients.


What we’re after:

  • 2+ years hands-on experience in an administration role
  • Efficient, detail-oriented & organised mind
  • Excellent communicator
  • Can-do positivity to everything you do
  • Confident, calming voice of reason in stressful situations
  • Team player that’ll fit into our design-driven, collaborative team
  • Experienced in basic invoicing and bookkeeping
  • Keen willingness to learn new softwares and systems

— Able to get under the skin of clients issues

— Able to build personal relationships and trust with clients

— Articulate & confident chairing meetings


What you’ll do:

  • Take meeting notes and follow up with actions
  • Book and manage diaries
  • Manage and organise digital filing
  • Set up new accounts on our various software for new starters and clients 
  • Create, send and save invoices and bills 
  • Help build presentation decks for meetings
  • Assist with managing job applications
  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline
  • Submit agency work to awards

  • Salary of €35,000 pa
  • 9 Day Fortnight with every other Friday off
