Gymboland Location Manager (Mall Promenada) coordinates all activities in the kids playground.

Responsabilities:

• Ensures that the services offered to customers are impeccable and the way employees treat children and customers is impeccable.
• Checks the degree of improvement of the working style to maximize the efficiency of achieving the proposed objectives at the location level.
• Is responsible for the daily management of the location (legal, administrative, HR, organizational and conceptual).
• Plans activities, programs and promotional ideas for the location he/ she is responsible for. Negotiate and sign contracts for organizing children`s parties.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position (preferable in area: HoReCa, client services, commercial, entertainment).
• English language at the professional level
• Romanian language at the conversational level
• Leading qualities (ability to built a motivate and productive team)
• Problem solving mind.
