Currently we are looking for Customer Success Manager for our client, innovative and dynamic tech company, operating in the cutting-edge field of artificial intelligence and machine learning. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work with groundbreaking AI-powered solutions that are revolutionizing industries worldwide.

Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proactively addressing any concerns or challenges they may face.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and onboarding of new customers.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with customers, identifying opportunities for growth and providing recommendations to optimize their experience.
  • Act as an advocate for our customers internally, ensuring their voices are heard and their feedback is incorporated into our product development and improvement processes.

Requirements:


  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a Customer Success Manager or similar position.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address customer needs and challenges effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of software and technology solutions.
