What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Lead front end developer who has the ability and drive to make an impact. You will be leading and supporting the frontend developers team in achieving technical excellence.

Main Functions

• Collaborate with cross functions to support planning and road-map prioritization.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the team, coaching their technical and soft skills. 
• Anticipate technical challenges and support the development of new functionalities to create new interfaces into ARSOS IoT Platform and features as specified by the Product Manager.
• Identifying and addressing any technical knowledge gaps.
• Continuously strive to introduce improvements and innovations to the team.
• Ensuring that the workflow and programming methodology is followed.
• Ensuring quality and reliability of the product by validating new functionalities and troubleshooting. 
• Documentation of all generated code per company policy.
• Identifying, documenting, and communicating technical improvements within your area of responsibility in the team.

Experience/Skills Required

• Required a minimum of a technical degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional front-end web software development with HTML5,CSS3, SaSS, Bootstrap 4 and Angular js
• Self-Motivated with a willingness to adapt and learn.
• Willing to set and achieve challenging goals and grow successfully with the company.

Experience/Skills Desired

• Fluent in English.
