Global Remote Services, GRS, was the first independent contact center in Romania and managed in its 18 years of activity to become on of the top externalised services provider.
Founded in January 2004, GRS offers a wide range of contact center services, includ multilingual and multicanal services, as well as back-office services for numerous European organizations.
Global Remote Services has 3 offices in Romania: 1 in Bucharest, 1 in Piatra Neamt and 1 in Suceava.
At the moment, there are over 500 employees and the company keeps growing.
