Role Purpose:

As a Global IT Service Provider, Getronics is increasingly required to demonstrate security capability

and compliance to gain the trust and confidence of our clients. The Getronics security operations team

is part of our effort to respond to this need, to give our clients the assurance that their services are

secure and to be a trusted advisor on all matters relating to security.

The role is within the Security Operations team, to support a security office capability. The team will be

responsible for supporting various aspects of the Getronics security portfolio and activities, including

but not limited to reviewing vulnerability assessments, supporting the Privileged Access Management

solution and the Data Access Governance solution. The role will require close cooperation with a

variety of operational teams within Getronics.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Preferably educated to degree level in IT. Alternatively, minimum 2-3 years within a level 2 IT
• support role with exposure to different technologies (Active directory (focus on user
• management), Windows server management, networking).
• Preferably have experience in supporting Privileged access management solutions (e.g. Beyond Trust PM/PRA, ManageEngine Password Manager Pro or similar)
• Preferably have experience in supporting Data access governance services (e.g. using Stealthbits products or similar)
• Highly motivated individual with a genuine enthusiasm to improve upon existing systems and processes.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with focus on results and customers.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and to know when to seek guidance.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment.
• Interest in multi-vendor, managed outsourcing environments.
• Excellent Communications and English language skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support the privileged access management service
• Support the data access governance service
• Service support will include regular health checks, incident management, request fulfillment, change implementation and reporting. This will require regular interaction and follow-up with vendors, internal operational teams, management and customers.
• Take an important role not only in day-to-day delivery of the service, but in proposing
• improvements to existing processes and configurations.
• Ensure documentation exists and is maintained.
• Review and follow-up on vulnerability management reports, prioritize remediation activities, create, own and drive service requests tickets with the relevant operational teams.
• Vulnerability management will require working together with Getronics Security Operations Centre (SOC) to understand and improve on reports and serve as the gateway between the SOC and the operational teams maintaining the environments.
• Ensure all activities performed, are properly ticketed in the relevant ticketing system in the correct format.
• Be aware of and conversant with the security services marketplace and developments.
• Ensure adherence and implementation of Getronics Group security ISMS, policies and
• processes.
• Be familiar with a broad range of IT concepts and technologies.
• Take a role in optimizing the configuration and support processes of the platforms and overall solutions that are delivered by the team.
• Build up good working relationships with the different operational teams within Getronics.
