Your responsibilities will include the following key tasks:

• Design, development and maintenance backend services that work as a part of larger product solution.
• Participation in code reviews.
• Collaboration with QA engineers to ensure that new functionality or changes are properly tested.
• Manage test environments
• Postmortem incident investigation, root cause analysis and remediation planning

Requirements for applicants

• Computer Science or Computer Engineering studies
• Experience in developing scalable low-latency, distributed data processing systems
• Experience in multi-threaded programming
• Experience in native programming (e.g., Go, Rust, Java)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Readiness to learn new technologies
• Excellent troubleshooting skills

Desirable skills

• Linux/Docker/K8 experience
• Object-oriented programming experience (e.g. C++)
• Experience with SQL and noSQL databases, ElasticSearch and Redis
• Experience in running large scalable distributed services following micro service architecture
• Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure or other cloud services
• CI/CD and GitHub experience
