The Senior Treasury Manager position will be responsible for oversight, review, and management of the Company’s EMEA and APAC Treasury operations as part of global processes managed by corporate Treasury. This position is responsible for providing leadership support for the company’s treasury processes and activities in the EMEA and APAC regions. This position is further responsible for providing analytical and daily process support to the Treasury team.

Reports to the Assistant Treasurer who is based in the U.S.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all EMEA and APAC treasury processes and activities, including cash forecasting, foreign exchange, payment processing, daily inquiries, and Kyriba activities.
  • Develop analysis to encourage timely and accurate regional reporting to corporate Treasury.
  • Maintain the timely accuracy of data within Kyriba and troubleshoot any issues that arise in coordination with corporate Treasury.
  • Maintain Corporate Treasury quarterly SOX requirements and all regional audit requests.
  • Complete all global bank requested KYC documentation. Act as the main regional contact for the company for treasury support.
  • Develop all opening, closing, modifying bank accounts regionally.
  • Champion and document internal funding desk processes as defined by Treasury including collaborating with local finance teams to settle subsidiary working capital needs.
  • Implement various cash administration structures and streamline and implement new processes within our treasury administration system such as an intercompany netting solution using Kyriba as a netting instrument.
  • Create standardized activity reporting to track the performance of treasury metrics on a consolidated regional and country-level basis.
  • Develop and implement business continuity plans to ensure stable Treasury operations.
  • Any other projects as may arise within the Treasury team.
  • Directs, educates, and mentors regional treasury personnel as appropriate.


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive Treasury experience.
  • Kyriba experience a plus.
  • Experience working within a matrixed global business environment.
  • Excellent MS Office skills required, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills; problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Must be a self-starter, flexible, and able to work on time-sensitive projects without daily supervision.
  • Fluency in spoken and written business English is required, additional languages are a bonus.
  • Transparency and the ability to communicate up and down the organization, respecting differing views and reducing potential surprises.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to direct or manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with internal clients, external advisors, and banking partners.
  • Well-developed organizational, time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Team player that cultivates collaboration and leadership throughout the global organization.
  • Ability to bring original analysis to the department and encourage process improvements.
  • Excellent work ethic and impeccable integrity to safeguard company assets.
