Genesys is hiring a Professional Service consultant with a passion for working with leading-edge software technologies in an international environment. Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Architect the solution meeting security and data compliance standards
  • Design the functional call flows allowing customers to achieve their business outcomes
  • Design and configure reporting and analytics enabling customers to measure and track their KPIs
  • Advise customers on best practices
  • Share knowledge with customers and colleagues
  • Work with Genesys colleagues in your region and locally
  • Write required documentation
  • Troubleshoot complex issues with existing Genesys implementations.
  • Project-related travel may be required.

 

 

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication/Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Computer Technology/or related discipline or equivalent professional technical experience.
  • The role requires good interpersonal communication and presentation skills as well as writing skills. The candidate must be keen to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
  • Good verbal, writing skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients (business and technical audiences) in the English language and an additional European language (desirable)
  • Proven knowledge of CX methodology from a vendor perspective
  • Knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux Operating System

 

Desirable Skills in one or more of the following areas:

  • Experience with Cloud Application support & Cloud APIs
  • Experience in web application development methodologies
  • IP Telephony, hardware, and protocols: Genesys Cloud Edge, Audiocodes, Cisco Gateways, IP Telephones (Polycom, Cisco, etc.), SIP, RTP and WebRTC
