Genesys is hiring a Team Lead for a team of Professional Services consultants with a passion for working with leading-edge software technologies in an international environment. Your main responsibilities include leading a team of consultants but also being part of consulting, designing, and implementing Genesy's next-generation customer experience solutions. Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of technical consultants
  • Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing
  • Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships within the team and throughout Genesys
  • Communicate within the global community respecting cultural, language, and time zone variations.
  • Be comfortable leading technical and business discussions both in front of the customer and internally.
  • Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions positioning customers for success with awareness of Genesys Products.

 

 

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication/Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Computer Technology/or related discipline or equivalent professional technical experience.
  • Capable of working on or leading a team through a fast-paced and complex project.
  • The candidate must be keen to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
  • Good verbal, writing skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients (business and technical audiences) in the English language and an additional European language (desirable)
  • Strong follow-through, ownership & responsibility on tasks assigned
  • Effective time management and maintains flexibility
  • As a candidate You have practical experience in the following technology areas:

 

  • SIP and Voice based solutions
  • (A)synchronous messaging and social media
  • Artificial Intelligence and Bot solutions
  • Web technology (HTML, Java)
  • Understanding of business (digital) transformation and how they relate to customer experience technology
  • Experience with software integration into large and complex environments.
  • Networks and network security concepts (Encryption)
  • Data privacy and GDPR related topics
  • Reporting and Analytics skills on CX platforms

 

Desirable Skills in one or more of the following areas:

  • Previous experience working as a team lead
  • Cloud computing and related technologies such as Azure, AWS, GPC, Docker, K8S, Redis, and others#LI-RKI
