We are recruiting a Sales Manager, whose goal is to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and contribute to the overall success of the organization through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
Job description
· Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending events.
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
· Presenting products or services to customers, demonstrating their features and benefits, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
· Negotiating terms and pricing with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements and closing sales deals.
· Tracking sales activities, maintaining records of interactions with customers, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
· Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience and to achieve sales objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing, sales or any other related field.
· Previous experience in sales preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
