What is GraduatE.ON ?

It is a program dedicated to talented graduates who wish to explore various activities, to grow in a dynamic environment and to get to meet various interesting people they will have a lot to learn from.

For more than 16 years the Super E.ON experience creates successful stories with happy endings. During these years we hired through this graduate program more than 160 trainees, out of which 80% had build up for themselves a professional carrier in our company and more that half of them are leading teams or projects as we speak

• We prepared everything you need to start your adventure in E.ON: a stable job with amazing opportunities, various departments for you to understand which one fits better to your ambitions and last but not least mentors ready from day 1 to encourage and assist you in the first steps of your career
• We are offering you a 24 months development program in which you will have the chance to get to know us, to learn and explore various paths in our company. Furthermore, we will ensure that you will get all the needed support during this experience

We are looking for:

•  Students in the last year of their studies, Bachelor or Master, in the digital domain
• Young people with consistent theoretical background in areas such as Automatics and Computer Engineering, Digital, Informatics or connected studies, but not exclusively
• Interest for deepening their knowledge related to technologies and tools as RPA, Adobe Experience Manager, Python, Cloud, Big Data, AI/ML etc.
• Critical thinking, ability to work with structured data and algorithms 
• Extracurricular interest and activities – students organisations, volunteering, scientific conferences and publishing
• Proficient English knowledge
• Availability to travel and to pursue various stages in different cities of Romania
• You like teamwork and you have excellent analytical thinking and communication skills

What you earn ?

• Getting familiar with various programming frames
• Understanding various development stages of software applications from testing the hypothesis, developing and documenting the code review, unit testing and maintenance
