What will you do 

   

  • Coordinate, ensure transition of services according to the framework agreement, coordinate Invoice Processing and Inquiries Team for German market
  • Responsible for the monitoring and leading an assigned Accounts Payable team and ensure the understanding and compliant service delivery across company of agreed policies and procedures
  • Understand service level agreements and key performance indicators for Accounts Payable related business processes and report up to the AP Manager performance against SLAs and KPIs
  • Contribute to the maintenance and updating of Accounts Payable processes and procedures, take care of quality controls and spot checks, role model for service orientation and service culture
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints related to Accounts Payable processes as specified by relevant service level agreements and escalating queries and complaints (1st level of escalation)
  • Support team members to achieve performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements

 

How do you know you are the right fit 

 

  • Education / Training: 
  • University degree / BSc peferrably in Economics / Accounting or equivalent
  • Professional Experience: 
  • Minimum 3 years of Accounting experience & exposure to leadership / coordination tasks (preferably in a SSC environment) 
  • Proven knowledge of finance and accounting processes and process improvements
  • Former exposure to transitions is a plus
  • Proven people management and problem solving skills
  • Languages: 
  • Advanced German and English language skills (both written and spoken)
