What will you do
- Coordinate, ensure transition of services according to the framework agreement, coordinate Invoice Processing and Inquiries Team for German market
- Responsible for the monitoring and leading an assigned Accounts Payable team and ensure the understanding and compliant service delivery across company of agreed policies and procedures
- Understand service level agreements and key performance indicators for Accounts Payable related business processes and report up to the AP Manager performance against SLAs and KPIs
- Contribute to the maintenance and updating of Accounts Payable processes and procedures, take care of quality controls and spot checks, role model for service orientation and service culture
- Resolve customer queries and complaints related to Accounts Payable processes as specified by relevant service level agreements and escalating queries and complaints (1st level of escalation)
- Support team members to achieve performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements
How do you know you are the right fit
- Education / Training:
- University degree / BSc peferrably in Economics / Accounting or equivalent
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of Accounting experience & exposure to leadership / coordination tasks (preferably in a SSC environment)
- Proven knowledge of finance and accounting processes and process improvements
- Former exposure to transitions is a plus
- Proven people management and problem solving skills
- Languages:
- Advanced German and English language skills (both written and spoken)
