What will you do
- Load and maintain the software license and contracts to Flexera system with all required attributes
- Identify valid SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) or define the SKUs if necessary and update the Customers toolset
- accordingly
- Create and maintain License containers for in scope vendors and perform regularly reports for vendor portals and align the portals data with Flexera system
- Collaborate with the Demand and Procurement colleagues for triggering the NUL renewal process based on expiration dates
- Propose, test and review the improvements done in Flexera and the Managed Application Database
How do you know you are the right fit
- Education / Training:
- Business/ IT University degree and adequate working experience
- Professional Experience:
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology and IT service management
- Experience in SW License management area related to compliance calculation and measurement in Flexera tool is considered an advantaged
- Software asset management process knowledge is considered an advantage (software inventory and scanning, normalization and licensing methods)
- Tools advanced user requirements:Flexera FNMS, SQL DB knowledge
- MS Office: Expert - Outlook, Excel, Word, Access
- Technical and Analytical skills, communication skills, team player, enable to cope with stress
- Languages:
- English (professional, written and spoken), German language would be an advantage
