What will you do
- Provide support to Software Asset Management operational team and to Vendor managers for any License management topics like compliance calculation, licensing models, normalization, inventory, containers creation, etc.
- Support Vendor managers during audits and drive compliance and measurement issue resolution and provide expertise
- Identify Software product where the compliance needs to be added to the compliance scope
- Ensure training and support for new team members, document and maintain working procedures and escalate and report any process or operational issue to Service lead
How do you know you are the right fit
- Education/Training:
- Business/IT University degree and adequate working experience in License management area for min. 2-5 years
- Professional experience:
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology and IT service management, such as SW inventory and scanning, normalization and licensing methods
- Experience in SW License management consultancy areas
- Broad knowledge in the field of diverse Client Software providers and relevant license metrics (for end user solutions) and/or Managed Workplace Services and relevant processes
- Tools advanced user requirements: ServiceNow (service agent level - advanced), SAP (basis), Flexera FNMS (expert)
- MS Office: Expert - Outlook, Excel, Word, Advanced - Access
- Languages:
- English (professional, written and spoken). German language would be an advantage
