What will you do          

• Involvement in transition of services and knowledge transfer of processes according to the transition agreement 
• Perform daily invoices processing tasks, month end activities and vendor reconciliations, ensure targets and KPIs are met
• Assist team members whenever they need advice/ help in solving inquiries, train and support new members of the team
• Maintain the relationship with the customers and Accounting Business Partner by participating in regular calls, offer your expertise on newly migrated systems
• Identify unclear process topics and put forward possible solutions, maintain process documentations (DTPs)

How do you know you are the right fit

• Education / Training: High School or University Degree (Economic studies represent an advantage)
• Professional Experience: Minimum 1 ½ to 2 years of relevant work experience is required,
• Former exposure to transitions is a plus, good knowledge of principles, practices, regulations and procedures as they relate to purchasing and accounts payable
• Knowledge of the application of data processing techniques to accounting systems
• Languages: English and German (advanced level)
