Key responsibilities:
- Deliver an innovative and extraordinary service to customers through multi-channel servicing
- Accurately process booking inquiries
- Answer constant flow of e-mail, chat, and telephone inquiries by customers and partners
- Apply creative as well as critical thinking to find solutions for individual customer needs
Key requirements:
- You are confident to communicate in English and Russian with customers as well as within the company (any other language is a plus)
- You are experienced in working with Microsoft Office and have generally good computer skills; experience with CRM tools is a plus
- You are able to work in a team as well as independently
- You are able to apply creative as well as critical thinking to find solutions for the individual needs of customers
- Your preferred place of residence is the Frankfurt Metropolitan Area
