The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our patrons, ensuring their dining experience is pleasant and memorable. If you are passionate about hospitality, have excellent communication skills, and are knowledgeable in using the MICROS POS system, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.

- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the MICROS POS system.

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.

- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving any complaints or issues.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas and service stations.

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.

- Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations based on guests' preferences.

- Process payments and handle transactions securely.

- Follow health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.

- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or large parties.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Waiter or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.

- Proficiency in using the MICROS POS system.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
