JUNIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
Ø General
o Provide support services for all solutions to customers worldwide.
o Analyse, investigate and reproduce customer issues.
o Assist with defining answers and solutions to the customer.
o Maintain knowledge of Eastnets solutions (software and documentation).
o Maintain contact with key customers to build a good customer–supplier relationship.
o Assist in maintaining an overview of all delivered products and services per customer.
o Assist in testing and validating release updates and patches.
o Assist in defining and coordinating communication to customers on release updates and patches.
o Assist in maintaining the operational support environment (documentation, case tracking tool, test environments...).
Ø Qualifications:
o College degree in a computer or technical related field or equivalent work experience.
o Experience in IT background.
o Experience in Support or Development or QA environments.
o Exposure to financial applications, including SWIFT is a benefit.
o Notions of quality assurance concepts.
o Good analytical skills, an eye for quality and a strong customer focus.
o Able to quickly grasp technical concepts.
o Self - motivated, with an eagerness to learn new skills and applications.
o Self-confident and outgoing.
o Good communicator and team player.
o Good spoken and written English and French.
o Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Ø Technical Skills:
o Experience with operating systems: Linux, Unix, Windows.
o Experience with Virtual Machines (VM).
o Experience with Java.
o Experience with Tomcat, Websphere, Weblogic.
o Experience with databases: SQL Server, Oracle, DB2.
o Knowledge of microservices architectures.

o Work Schedule: Full time, and may need to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
