YOUR TASKS:
- Responsibility for your own area during lunch and dinner service
- Individual consultation of and sale to guests
- Accounting of daily takings
- Meeting quality standards regarding service
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Apprenticeship in the restaurant or hotel trade
- Ability to work independently
- Strong service orientation and a philosophy of “love your guest”
- Hands-on mentality, team spirit and flexibility
- Affinity and talent for individual consultation of guests
