We are seeking a technical IT professionals capable to address all aspects concurring to IT services delivery and support towards commercial customers.

Services refer generally to infrastructure maintenance, application maintenance, outsourced services, response to incidents, warranties, implementations of IT solutions, hardware and software, and can be continuous ongoing or project based.

The person occupying this position is expected to hold the general understanding central IT environments used by enterprise customers, common applications, services and tools, and be able to directly address and support some of these.

Experience and skills in Linux/Unix, Windows/AD, Vmware administration, implementing IT monitoring tools (Nagios, PRTG, CMK, etc.) and networking administration are highly appreciated, as well as the ability to work in an organized manner and produce technical documents.

Nice to have key product knowledge (not required but appreciated): IBM AIX, DoubleTake, Bitrix, Check_MK, Google Docs, admin Office365 admin, Juniper equipment, Oracle, Microsoft SQL, Net Backup, Data Protector, Alfresco.
