Role Description:

You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Apple devices, providing technical support, and ensuring a high-quality service.

You’re a good fit if you have:

• Experience in repairing Apple devices;
• Knowledge of PC, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a focus on quality service;
• Apple certification or a willingness to obtain it.

What you’ll do with us:

• Diagnose products that come in for service;
• Perform repairs;
• Manage and quickly resolve issues with defective products;
• Ensure the quality standards of the repairs performed.
