To strengthen our team we are looking for a committed and motivated Ruby on Rails developer (m/f/d) in Nuremberg/Munich or remotely in full time.
The focus of your activities are:
As part of an agile project team, you will further develop and optimize a user application based on Ruby on Rails, integrate new functionalities and work on API interfaces to external and internal systems. In addition to the implementation, you will also be responsible for the documentation and quality assurance of the developed functionalities.
You meet the following requirements:
- Successfully completed studies in IT / computer science or comparable education
- You enjoy being part of a successful team and you also like to solve tasks in "pair programming"
- The use of TDD/Unit-Testing is no problem for you
- Very good knowledge and at least 3 years of practical experience in backend development with Ruby on Rails (Ruby 2.5, Rails 5.2)
- Experience with frontend technologies (HTML/SASS/CSS/Java Script)
- Experience with Maria and Mongo databases desirable
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken, German language skills desirable
