We are looking for a Test Analyst to join our fast growing team. Central Europe Technology is an expertise center, which conducts IT projects for our clients from BNP Paribas Personal Finance organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Test strategy
• Perform test sizing using abacus, propose abacus tuning
• Understand functional requirements or user stories
• Define test data needs
• Selection of test cases for automation & provide support for test automation
• Perform Peer Review on test strategy
• Ensure the preparation of test environment (configuration, data setup, …)
• Execute manual or auto test cases, analyze results and open defects
• Perform Test case capitalization for Regression
• Test Management, coordination of test execution team, Defect Management and Reporting
• Produce reporting/KPI for test progress and Closure
• Improve and optimize test process
• Communication (production of lessons learnt, training documents, meetings facilitation..)
• Review of test cases designed
• Review of test cases designed
• Perform Test closure, incl. lessons learnt + action plan, support of test risk assessment
