Would you like to join an International IT Shared Service Center that delivers first class applications for our businesses and clients around the world? We are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our fast growing team.
You will animate the relations between the clients and the CET, highlights the dysfunctions and proposes improvements to the actors.
RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Pre-Sales
• Designs and reviews the services catalogue
• Reviews current services and provide the best commercial definition
• Facilitates identification of up-sale or evolution of services connected to current services provided
• Facilitates identification of new services together with internal actors and clients
• Supports preparation of Services newsletters, together with communication specialist
• Sales
• Actively presents current services catalogue to existing or potential clients
• Facilitates sales workshops with the purpose of identifying client needs
• Defines new services business case, together with actors involved
• Contracting
• Supports the preparation of the new contracted services
• After Sales
• Reviews existing reporting on Quality levels provided to client
• Collects customer reviews and surveys. Prepares analysis of results. Elaborates initial solutions identified
• Works together with DMs, Quality Officer and other actors in order to facilitate solution identification
• Facilitates problem identification sessions & manages the action plans to solve issues raised by clients
• Has an overview and makes sure transparency is provided for client processes, like:
• Service request management process
• Incident solving process
• Invoicing & billing process
• Contract management
• SLA monitoring
• Defines and maintains client dashboards with all information above
• Prepares and facilitates the Client Committees
• Organizes client visits
• Acts as a single point of contact for CET in front of the client.
• Facilitates a good relationship between client and all actors of CET
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
• Previous experience in technical area - at least 3 years ( project manager, delivery manager, or relationship manager);
• Previous experience in banking industry is considered an advantage;
• Experience in managing customer in an IT application service offering way;
• Solution oriented
• Accountability and personal organization are essential
• Organized, Rigorous and Precise;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Practice active listening;
• Mandatory language: English – advanced level (written/spoken);
• Nice to have language: French , Spanish or German;
• Ability to rapidly acquire new functional or technical areas;
