📢 Job Call: Enumerators for Data Collection
Position: Enumerator
Duration: short-term (1-2 months)

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Enumerators to support data collection activities for 2025 Socio-Economic Insights Survey (SEIS) Romania. Enumerators will be responsible for conducting surveys, as part of a data collection.The data collected will directly inform decisions, reports, and strategies for program implementation for Ukrainian refugees living in Romania.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct face-to-face surveys using structured questionnaires, respecting GDPR policy. Accurately record responses using digital devices, provided by the employer (e.g., tablets, mobile apps).
● Ensure data quality, completeness, and confidentiality.
● Follow all data collection protocols and ethical standards.
● Report daily progress to the field supervisor.
● Assist in identifying and resolving any challenges during fieldwork. Requirements:
● Minimum Bachelor’s/Master`s degree (preferably in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, or related field). Also we are ready to consider hiring a senior student.
● Prior experience in field data collection or survey administration is an asset.
● Proficiency in Ukrainian, Russian and English language.
● Familiarity with mobile data collection tools (KoboToolbox) is an advantage.
● Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to travel and work in rural or urban field settings.
● Must be available full-time for the duration of the project (September-October, 2025).
● Willingness to participate in online training and PSEA training prior to data collection.
