📢 Job Call: Enumerators for Data Collection
Position: Enumerator
Duration: short-term (1-2 months)
Start Date: September, 1, 2025

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Enumerators to support data collection activities for 2025 Socio-Economic Insights Survey (SEIS) Romania. Enumerators will be responsible for conducting surveys, as part of a data collection.The data collected will directly inform decisions, reports, and strategies for program implementation for beneficiaries of international protection living in Romania.
Key Responsibilities:
â—ŹConduct face-to-face surveys using structured questionnaires, respecting GDPR policy.
â—ŹAccurately record responses using digital devices, provided by the employer (e.g., tablets, mobile apps).
â—ŹEnsure data quality, completeness, and confidentiality.
â—ŹFollow all data collection protocols and ethical standards.
â—ŹReport daily progress to the field supervisor.
â—ŹAssist in identifying and resolving any challenges during fieldwork.
Requirements:
●Minimum Bachelor’s/Masters degree (preferably in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, or related field). Also we are ready to consider hiring a senior student.
â—ŹPrior experience in field data collection or survey administration is an asset.
â—ŹProficiency in English/Romanian and at least one of the following languages: Arabic, Pashto/Dari, Urdu, Somali, Hindi, Sinhala/Tamil (knowledge of two or more of these languages is an advantage)
â—ŹFamiliarity with mobile data collection tools (KoboToolbox) is an advantage.
â—ŹProficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
â—ŹStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
â—ŹAbility to travel and work in rural or urban field settings.
â—ŹMust be available full-time for the duration of the project (September-October, 2025).
â—ŹWillingness to participate in online training and PSEA training prior to data collection.
