📢 Job Call: Enumerators for Data Collection

Position: Enumerator

Duration: short-term (1-2 months)

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Enumerators to support data collection activities for 2025 Socio-Economic Insights Survey (SEIS) Romania. Enumerators will be responsible for conducting surveys, as part of a data collection.The data collected will directly inform decisions, reports, and strategies for program implementation for beneficiaries of international protection living in Romania.

Key Responsibilities:

●Conduct face-to-face surveys using structured questionnaires, respecting GDPR policy.

●Accurately record responses using digital devices, provided by the employer (e.g., tablets, mobile apps).

●Ensure data quality, completeness, and confidentiality.

●Follow all data collection protocols and ethical standards.

●Report daily progress to the field supervisor.

●Assist in identifying and resolving any challenges during fieldwork.

Requirements:

●Minimum Bachelor’s/Masters degree (preferably in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, or related field). Also we are ready to consider hiring a senior student.

●Prior experience in field data collection or survey administration is an asset.

●Proficiency in English/Romanian and at least one of the following languages: Arabic, Pashto/Dari, Urdu, Somali, Hindi, Sinhala/Tamil (knowledge of two or more of these languages is an advantage)

●Familiarity with mobile data collection tools (KoboToolbox) is an advantage.

●Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

●Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

●Ability to travel and work in rural or urban field settings.

●Must be available full-time for the duration of the project (September-October, 2025).

●Willingness to participate in online training and PSEA training prior to data collection.
