What you will be working on:
As the market leader in mobile sanitary solutions, our client has an ambitious mission: giving the best possible and individually tailored solutions to their customers while they continue to grow in different ways: growth in delivery of existing services, broadening the service portfolio, and through mergers and acquisitions. Together with you, we will help our client realize these IT challenges. You will be directly involved in the modernization and harmonization projects of our customers. You will work on strategic applications and initiatives that enable our customer’s further growth. We are currently looking for 2 Senior PHP full-stack developers with experience in the following technology stack: PHP development, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, TeamCity, Composer. The backend of the application is running on PHP8, using an internally developed framework.
What will you do:
▪ You develop complex and challenging business applications. You do this with the latest tools and technologies.
▪ Based on the functional analysis, bug reports, service requests, etc., you do hands-on design and software development. You ensure good integration with external applications.
▪ You are a member of a passionate team ready to share and reinforce our best practices-oriented approach. You actively share your knowledge and ensure continuous improvement.
▪ The applications you build are of good quality and generate extra business value for our customers.
▪ You write qualitative, easily readable code (so that documentation is not necessary) and do refactoring where necessary. You guarantee quality through test-driven development (TDD) and continuous learning.
▪ You are communicative, assertive, able to work in close collaboration with our customers and with team members. You’re able to give clear feedback, advise our customers, and act as an ambassador for our business and organization
What you need to have:
• At least 5 years of experience in analysis, design, implementation, and delivery of applications in the PHP technology stack.
• You are familiar with the OO design and design patterns.
• You have experience in application integration and excellent knowledge of relational databases, standardization, and SQL.
• You have experience with Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
• Application lifecycle management, continuous integration/deployment, and the necessary tools for this (such TeamCity, etc.) are familiar territory for you.
• Cloud-based previous exposure is a nice asset.
