Who are we looking for?

• You have a broad knowledge of communication and collaboration platforms. Continuous training is obviously a must!
• Together with the team at Cegeka, you will be the go-to person for all communication & collaboration issues relating to the digital workplace.
• You are familiar with the architecture of the Microsoft 365 platform and you are prepared to further certify yourself within your Office 365 field of expertise.
• You support the presales activities by making a correct analysis and estimate of the effort for the projects to be realized.
• You are responsible for the technical realizations and take care of the necessary installations and configurations.
• You work within a customer team and manage the environment of a customer.
• You proactively and critically analyze this environment and formulate the necessary improvement proposals
• You participate as the expert, of your field, in different projects.
• You provide clear documentation of the delivered solution to the customer as well as to internal colleagues so that the support for our customers can run smoothly.

What do you need to succeed?

• As a System Engineer Communication & Collaboration you have a broad interest and you are responsible for a variety of technologies. You have passion and experience for the following aspects/technologies and you are not afraid to get stuck in: O365, Azure Active Directory - Enterprise Applications/APP Registrations - Automation - MFA/Conditional Access, Exchange On-Premise, Migrations Exchange On-Premise / Exchange Online, Skype 4 Business / MS Teams, Symprex (signature tooling), Imprivata, Defender for Office 365, Anywhere 365, Intune / MDM (Intune connector for Exchange on-premises mailboxes and Intune connector with NDES server for certificate deployment to mobile devices), Enterprise Voice & Session Border Controllers (Ribbon).
• Knowledge of Sharepoint, Okta, Lotus Notes/Domino, Transvault, AvePoint, MigrationWiz and other migration tools is a plus
• You are a team player with a bachelor or master degree.
• You have 4 to 5 experiences in a similar position.
• Customer workshops give you energy and satisfaction.
• Customer engagement has no secrets for you. Unburdening the customer is your top priority.
• You give proactive feedback to the project manager, service manager, change manager and team leader.
• You have a very strong hands-on mentality and analytical thinking skills.
• You are result-driven with an eye for quality and opportunities.
• You are fluent in oral and written communication.
• You are proactive, customer-oriented, flexible and stress-resistant.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English, a good knowledge of French is a plus.
• You have strong ambitions to help build a success story.
• You feel at home in Cegeka's result-oriented, no-nonsense approach.
• You have the necessary skills to deliver presentations to our customers in a smooth, logical and structured way.
• The place of employment for this vacancy is Cegeka Hasselt, but you can work from any Cegeka location (Corda Hasselt, Ghent, Leuven, Antwerp) or from home. 
• You are willing to travel to our customers occasionally.
• You are willing to work a 24/7 standby shift.
