Обов’язки:

⭐️ Спілкуватися зі студентами по телефону/чату/email і допомагати їм у виборі та бронировании житла (около 100 студентів за тиждень).

⭐️ Підтримувати зв'язок із керуючими будівель куди в'їжджають студенти.

⭐️ Збільшення продажу та досягнення недельних цілей по продажам.

Campusboard.co.uk is an online booking platform for university accommodation based in the UK. We’ve built a sophisticated tech product that simplifies the process of finding and booking student housing.


Due to the high-value nature of each sale (£7k — £20k), our Sales Team provides individual assistance to our clients (hot inbound leads only), answering any questions about a potential property and ensuring that they complete their booking with us.


Your Responsibilities

  • Communicating with university students from all over the world by phone, chat and email assisting them in choosing and booking the most suitable housing option (around 100 students per week).
  • Liaise with property managers where students will move in by phone and email.
  • Grow sales and stay on top of your weekly sales targets.
  • Maintain high quality of service (we currently hold a TrustPilot score of 4.9 out of 5).

The ideal candidate has the following qualities:

  • 1−3 years of sales experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English (C1+).
  • Tech-savvy — we use several online tools from CRM to Internal Dashboards to manage communication with each client. An ideal candidate is comfortable in quickly learning new tools.
  • Well-organised — during peak season we receive over 50 new booking enquiries from clients each day. An ideal candidate can organise the day to deal with their portion of new customers and follow up with all of their customers from the previous days.


About the role

  • This is a fully remote role on a 6-month contract with possibility to be extended into a full-time position at the end of the contract.
  • Schedule 9:30am — 6pm UK-time (some flexibility allowed).
  • You will be working within a small, but growing team of other sales executives (currently 3 people), and reporting directly to the Sales Lead and COO.
  • Most of the team is currently based in UK, but you can be anywhere in Europe.
