Road Transport Dispatcher

Requirements:

• Proficiency in spoken and written Ukrainian and English; proficiency in other foreign languages is an additional advantage.

• Strong knowledge of the Ukrainian transport market.

• Experience working on Ukraine – Western and/or Southern Europe routes, experience with clients following the just-in-time philosophy.

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire transport process, including carrier verification and contracting, vehicle selection, customer and carrier support during transportation.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under time pressure.

• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), both our company's (we operate on the SpedTrans system) and our clients', along with proficiency in using teleinformatics tools.
