The ideal candidate is experienced enough (3 years minimum) working with ERP system, databases or SQL skills, being able to fully understand a product from the technical point of view, and to define technical solutions to issues raised by customers. The candidate needs to also be knowledgeable on the business and operational side of the HORECA industry.

Responsibilities:

-         Solve L2/L3 technical system errors for the distributed/own BitSoft products;

-         Provide business consultancy to HORECA customers (restaurants or Hotels);

-         Provide technical trainings to customers;

-         Deliver internal trainings to L1 employees;

-         Be able to write technical specifications to new functionalities/reports to be included in our own/distributed products;

-         Be able to explain product specifics to customers.

Qualifications:

-         Min 3 years experience in a similar role;

-         Previous work with an ERP is a plus;

-         Previous work with SLQ and database is a plus;

-         Previous experience in the HORECA market (Hotel or Restaurant) is a plus.
