The role:

In this new role within the Bit Soft team, you will develop and execute a 360° digital strategy for a designated account base

where partners have the global ecommerce platform as well as support partners. As the Global Digital Account Manager

you will be accountable to meet targeted ecommerce sales, manage sell out and sell in activities.

 

What you will do:

Digital Account Management:

- drive leads to achieve targets and deliver on KPI's

- build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally

- account management approach including forecasting, sell in presentations etc.

Digital Marketing

- build digital marketing strategy by market, influencing partners to execute the recommended plans

- traffic driving, SEO, Social Media & overall brand management

- provide departments with the support they need to execute plans & review regularly

- regular competitor & market reviews to build understanding of local market

Site performance:

- optimize range & campaign execution on platform sites as well as utilizing key initiatives to drive sales.

- optimize range & visibility on 3rd party ecommerce sites to drive brand awareness and sales online

- support partners with optimizing website operations, payments & logistics

- manage site upgrades and re-skin projects

 

What you will need:

Digital Skills

2-3 years experience in account management & a digital role

Commercial acumen and comfortable with analytics, data and numbers

Basic knowledge of development processes & HTMLs

Experience using Jira/Trello

Experience working in multiple markets globally

Enthusiastic and keen to learn
