What you need to own

What skills are a must-have

• Bachelor’s degree in a UX-related field (human-computer interaction, human factors, behavioral research, or graphic design), or equivalent practical experience 
• +4 years of UX/UI design experience for multiple platforms including desktop, mobile, tablet or complete digital environments 
• An online portfolio showing experience designing web or mobile applications 
• Experience with a design tool (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Invision etc.) 

What skills would be nice for you to have

• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows 
• Excellent core interaction design skills with knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, and a good understanding of usability 
• Test and validate working hypotheses through usability testing of wireframes, clickable prototypes and published products, and participate in design critique 
• Familiarity with prototyping and agile methodology 
• Understanding of accessibility standards 
• Ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization 
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines 
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams designing digital experiences from road mapping to delivery 
• Attention to detail and structured thinking, creative thinking, customer focus, communication and time-management skills 
• Additional qualification to understand how the design is implemented at the code level (Javascript, HTML and CSS) would be appreciated 
• Fluency in English
