If you’ll join our team, you will be challenged to:

·       Drive the development team execution, communicates with management and business stakeholders;

·       Strong interpersonal skills, having the ability to build and maintain excellent and effective relationships with business stakeholders, management, colleagues and co-workers;

·       Supports the Business / Product Owner with intra-team dynamics with respect to priorities and scope;

·       Identify project risks and define feasible mitigation responses;

·       Delivery focus, having in mind the project triple constraint – scope, time and cost;

·       Protects the team from uncontrolled injection of work;

·       Proactively identify and tackle impediments;

·       Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance;

·       External vendor and 3rd party relationship;

To perform in this role, we would like you to have:

·       +3 years of experience in managing medium to large projects in software development area;

·       Previous hands-on experience with Waterfall and/or and Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban;

·       Preferred Technical background, with the ability to understand and represent both the business and technology;

·       Experience working with Architecture and Development teams to assess and estimate user stories and epics;

·       Comfortable with presenting project status, and leading meetings in front of Executive level audience;

·       PM or Scrum Certification would be an advantage;

·       Project tools experience: MS Project; Jira; Confluence;

·       Mandatory Advanced English language skills;
