We are looking for a skilled client and partner engagement specialist to extend the global marketing team of a client. We need an enthusiastic person that is passionate about marketing, wants to grow in this field, and is ready to take on new challenges.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of previous experience working in marketing
• Previous experience working with client engagement and management
• Previous experience managing channel partners is a plus
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to details
• Great communication skills
• Advanced oral and written communication skills in English
• Able to adjust quickly to new tasks
• Background in education is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Defining and implementing the global client engagement strategy for all the company products
• Managing marketing activities related to the company’s strategic channel partners
• Working with the regional marketing specialists in various locations to collect client case studies and testimonials
• Conducting regular client surveys and market research related to the clients experience with using the products
• Organizing various activities to engage clients such as events, contests, webinars, and more
• Working with the Customer Experience Department to identify new collaboration opportunities with our clients
