We are looking for the colleague who can help us make our best digitization infrastructure projects, meaning a surveyor who would like to make digital drawings of highways, roads, bridges etc, using the TopoDOT software.

The ideal candidate has to have:

• Minimum 5 years in point cloud modeling in CAD environment,
• AutoCAD knowledge, mid-level,
• English language, professional level,
• Survey engineering studies (Railways, roads and bridges, preferable)
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills 

Main responsibilities:

1. Ensures the quality of digitization projects modeled on point cloud according to the Clients’ expectations, respecting the delivery deadlines. 
2. Ensures technical support to all team members of the infrastructure team, so that the company has no delays in the derivering of the projects/parts of the projects, caused by the lack of technical support;
3. Ensures technical training for all the infrastructure team members, according to their annual individual training plan;
4. Improves constantly all internal work processes and procedures on TopoDOT modeling and if there are no processes or procedures, he creates them;
5. Guarantees the correctness of the time estimations for the projects’ handover: the estimations are being made together with the infrastructure team members and the Project Manager;
6. Makes the digital topographic drawings with the help of the TopoDOT soft, respecting the internal procedures and the Client’s requests. The job’s responsibilities are: to import the cloudpoint in TopoDOT, extracting data, sectioning the pointcloud, 2D plan drawings over the pointcloud sections, identifying the infrastructure physical elements, drawing the level curbs in AutoCAD Civil 3D, usage of the correspondent layers from previous projects and if not existent, creating new layers, according to the Client’s requests.

Your performance evaluation includes the level of quality respect of the 3D drawings in the requested deadline, as well as the Client’s global satisfaction and the team’s global satisfaction, for which you offered the technical support.

We pay for your performance and contribution:

• 4.000 to 6.000 lei net (according to your professional level of competences);
• 400 lei/month restaurant tickets (after the probation period)
• 50% of you monthly salary in biannual performance bonus if evaluated at Above expectations
