The Breakfast Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting breakfast items in accordance with hotel standards. This role ensures that all food served is fresh, well-prepared, and delivered on time to provide a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of breakfast dishes, including hot and cold items, based on the daily menu.
- Ensure food is cooked and presented according to hygiene and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas.
- Monitor inventory and report shortages or equipment issues.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in breakfast or hotel service.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
