Within the RPA DevOps team, the RPA DevOps Engineer is responsible with the landscape and software suite of the RPA platform to support continuous implementation and maintenance of automated business processes.

Key responsibilities/What you do

• ensure that the code developed on your application is complying with highest quality standards
• ensure that the code and architecture delivered on your application can be operated within the SLAs (response time, availability, BCM availability)
• ensure corrective actions are proactively taken on your application when KPIs show weaknesses or Voice of Customer is bad
• Liaise / assist EH Dev team to productize new RPA projects. This includes fixes, resource allocations, robot allocations, business application deployment etc.
• ensure that your application is maintained and operated within the agreed budgets and implement continuous improvement
• coordinates with Operations and Integration for the follow-up of the Release Management Planning for his application
• takes decision when milestones are not met on his application in order to build an alternative action plan of delivery
• optimize and automate support procedures as the preferred method of action.

• Terraform and AWS services.
