• Performs professional level accounting support, related to the most complex accounting tasks.
• Advanced level within the scope of the position.
• Works independently and requires very minimal supervision.

Minimum Requirements

Eastern Europe

• Primary point of contact for external accountants, statutory auditors and external tax consultants.
• Perform day to day accounting for Kazakhstan, Georgia, Cyprus and Azerbaijan in Sage database.
• Ensure the Sage trial balance is reconciled to the local accounting on a regular basis.
• Complete Balance Sheet reconciliations on a timely manner and to an adequate standard.
• Input payments to online banking systems and ensure bank signatories are always up to date.
• Keep track of legal fees and accruals.
• Prepare quarterly reporting for assigned countries.
• Ensure local statutory accounts and tax returns are prepared for all entities.
• Support the Finance stream of the rationalisation and recapitalization of legal entities.
• Ensure intercompany balances, allocations and loans are cleared on a timely basis.

Continental Europe

• Review the reports generated by robotics to make sure there are no issues.
• Prepare fringe benefit files for quarterly review.
• Support the monthly review of the CECL provision for CE by reconciling AR and Unbilled.
• Coordinate and report to Corporate the inventory of equipment leases.
• Involvement in ad-hoc projects where the local teams are stretched.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent in Russian and English.
• Degree educated or equivalent in Accounting or similar.
• 3-5 year experience as an accountant, preferably in a multinational
