Job description

• Monitoring quality KIPs
• Supervision and monitoring of automation of assembly line equipment
• Supervision of compliance with procedures and work instructions
• Production control and compliance of procedures (quality, safety, and production flow);
• Optimizing daily activities, reducing costs, and increasing process productivity.

The ideal candidate

• +2.5 years of experience as a production supervisor;
• Be fluent in English;
• MS Office average knowledge;
• CAD, Power, Bi, Sharepoint, SAP user knowledge;
• Basic knowledge of IATF, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, 8D;
• Willingness to work in shifts of night shifts;
• A big plus is the managerial experience gained to motivate the team.
