A2F Consulting is hiring Oracle PL/ SQL Apex Analyst(s) and Developer(s)

A2F Consulting is an international consulting firm with offices in Germany and the USA. Our teams provide a broad range of advisory services and policy advice in the areas of financial & private sector development in emerging markets. In additon to consulting, we offer IT and software solutions for risk management, data analysis, and monitoring & evaluation and are expanding our IT team in Germany. Our clients are multilateral organizations, governments and private entities. 

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Maintains and manages existing Oracle Apex platform
• Writes PL/SQ script for automation, data loading and validation.
• Extracts data from different data resources, including EDI files, Jason files, and database.
• PL/SQL and SQL coding, tuning and troubleshooting
• Maintains and manages Oracle Database
• Oracle APEX workspace admin, page and web services development
• Oracle Machine Learning and Oracle Artificial Intelligence
• Web services development using ORDS and Oracle APEX
• Performs system analysis and system development tasks.
• Analyzes functional business applications and develops system design documents.
• Prepares required documentation.

Qualifications:

• An advanced degree in Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering, such as an MSIS, MSIT or equivalent degree from an accredited university
• At least 2-3 years of work experience in ICT, preferably in the financial sector
• 2-3 years of professional PL/ SQL application and report programming experience.
• 2-3 years Oracle Apex application engineering and development
• PL/SQL database and application development experience using packages, procedures, pipeline functions, materialized views, bulk collection, etc.
• Oracle Machine Learning and Oracle Artificial Intelligence
• Ability to interpret requirements into design and code to construct a web application
• Must be responsive to inquiries and have good communication skills including the ability to lead demonstrations of their development efforts

Experience:

• SQL Navigator, Toad, SQL Developer or SQL+
• Experience utilizing Oracle databases 
• PL/SQL report development using Jasper Reports or other similar BI tools.
• Web based application development background including Javascript, JQuery, JSON, CSS, HTML.
• Proficiency in the English language
